Canyon Vista's rooms are 280-600 square feet and appointed with the following amenities:
Private guest entrance so guests may enjoy the benefits of a Bed and Breakfast while maintaining their own schedule and privacy. Private bathroom with standard tub/shower combination or jetted tub/shower combination. Individual heating, air conditioning and fan. Non-Smoking Direct TV Satellite, telephone and wireless internet. Kitchenette with compact refrigerator, sink, microwave, coffee maker, dishware, utensils, and dining area. Cooking in guest rooms must be limited to microwave use. Sorry, no portable cooking devices allowed in guest rooms.
Vouchers to local restaurants with breakfast service from 6:30-11:00 a.m. daily. This gives guests flexibility regarding breakfast time and menu items. Perfect for early morning hikers or others who may want to sleep in or not be on a set breakfast schedule. We have coffee makers and hot water kettles in each room for your convenience with coffee and tea provided. With advance notice, we are also happy to provide an in-room continental breakfast option for very early risers or guests on the go.
The Sinewava Room is 600 sq. feet with private entrance, king bed, sitting area including sofa and two large chairs with ottomans, writing desk, private bathroom with tub/shower combination, individual heating/air-conditioning/fan, non-smoking, Direct TV Satellite, telephone and wireless internet, breakfast, and kitchenette with under the counter refrigerator, sink, microwave, coffee maker, dishware, utensils, and full size dining table.
The Temple of Sinewava is located in Zion National Park at the end of the scenic drive in the main canyon area. Native Americans named this area to honor Sinewava, Wolf God of the Canyon. The Temple of Sinewava is the last shuttle stop in the canyon and the beginning of one of the most popular hikes in the park, The Narrows.
The Kinesava Room is 550 sq. feet with private entrance, king bed, sitting area with sofa, writing desk, private bathroom with tub/shower combination, individual heating/air-conditioning/fan, non-smoking, Direct TV Satellite, telephone and wireless internet, breakfast, and kitchenette with under the counter refrigerator, sink, microwave, coffee maker, dishware, utensils, and full size dining table. There is a small adjoining room with full size bed. We affectionately call this small sleeping area our Harry Potter Closet.
Mt. Kinesava is visible from the front of our property. Native Americans named this mountain in honor of Kinesava, the sometimes mischievous Coyote God of the Canyon.

Pa'rus is the original Native American name for the river that carved Zion Canyon, today known as the Virgin River. You can take a stroll along the Virgin River on the Pa'rus trail.

Mukuntuweap is the original name for Zion Canyon given by Major John Wesley Powell. It is believed to be a Paiute name meaning straight canyon. Theodore Roosevelt proclaimed the area Mukuntuweap National Monument in 1909. Mormon settlers referred to this area as Zion, a place of refuge, and in 1919, U.S. Congress established Zion National Park.
